We provide homemaker/home health aid and Skilled Nursing series under the Veterans Administration.
Homemaker/Home Health Aide
Services include:
- Light housekeeping
- Sweeping
- Moping
- Laundry/linens
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Transferring
- Toileting
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Medication reminders
- Errand runs ( locally) once per week
- Grocery store
- Pharmacy
- Beauty/barber shop
- Shopping
Skilled Nursing
Services include but are not limited to:
- Skilled nursing assessments to include vital signs and head to toe assessments at set intervals.
- Collaboration with Primary care physician or other attending physicians if any issues arise that need further medical evaluation.
- Medication management to include weekly or biweekly pill set up
- Educational coaching with families and individuals served.
- Additional nursing skills as indicated by needs of individuals in which we serve.
